1. Product Description:
Anti - corrosion powder coatings pipeline are dry, powder - like coatings composed mainly of resins, curing agents, pigments, fillers, and various additives. The resins commonly used include epoxy resins, polyester resins, and polyurethane resins. Epoxy resins offer excellent adhesion and chemical resistance; polyester resins provide good weather resistance and color retention; polyurethane resins combine high - strength and abrasion resistance with outstanding chemical resistance. Curing agents react with the resins to form a cross - linked, durable film. Pigments are added for color and aesthetics, while fillers enhance the mechanical properties and reduce costs.
